Terms of service

This is a digital product. No physical product, in-person experience, or guaranteed interaction with Spray Moby is included with the purchase of a “Tally.” One (1) Tally equals one (1) mark painted on the Spray Moby van solely at the discretion and execution of the owner-operator.

Spray Moby is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any universities, teams, brands, or organizations.

Any physical interaction with the Spray Moby van is undertaken at the user’s own risk. Spray Moby is not responsible or liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from interaction with the van.

Users are financially responsible for any intentional or negligent damage caused to the Spray Moby van, including but not limited to paint, dents, liquid damage, markings, or physical impact.

Purchase constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms listed herein.
